Femina Fit Nairobi Review: Inside the Women-Only Gym & Spa Sanctuary

Okay, real talk. Have you ever walked into a gym and immediately felt… seen? And not in a good way? Like your leggings are being judged, or your water bottle isn’t the right brand? Yeah, us too.

That’s why when a friend whispered about this women-only spot in Kileleshwa, Femina Fit, we decided to ditch the intimidation and check it out. And girl… let’s just say your days  just got a major glow-up.

First things first,  walking in feels like a hug. No, seriously. The space is airy, clean and just… calm. We were met by Faith at the front desk, whose smile was so genuine we almost forgot we were there to sweat. Almost.

Now, let’s talk about the good stuff. The gym itself is like that friend who has everything you could possibly need. From weights to treadmills, it’s all there, clean, modern, and no waiting around. But the real star? They have a hip thrust machine. If you know, you know. For those of us who’ve done awkward setups with benches and smith machines… this was a game-changer.

And it doesn’t stop there. There’s a whole separate studio for Pilates. Bright, quiet, and just begging for a morning session. But our favorite part might just be the steam room. Yes, you read that right. After a good session, stepping into that warm, quiet haze is the kind of self-care we fully support.

So, what’s the vibe?

Women-only, judgment-free zone. It’s just… easier. You can focus on you.
Well-equipped and CLEAN.We can’t stress this enough, everything feels new and cared for.
More than a gym. With classes included and that dreamy steam room, it feels like a wellness stop, not just a workout.
Pricing that makes sense. With day passes, monthly memberships, and packages that include a trainer, there’s an option whether you’re testing the waters or fully committing.

Our take?
Femina Fit isn’t trying to be the loudest gym in Nairobi and that’s exactly why we love it. It’s a space that feels made for women. Whether you’re a fitness regular or just starting out, it meets you where you are, no pressure, just good energy.

So if you’ve been looking for a place where you can move, breathe, and just be ,this might just be your new favorite hideaway. We know it’s ours.

So, what are you waiting for? Your favorite workout self is ready to meet you there.

Femina Fit Gym & Spa is located on the 3rd Floor of Lana Plaza, Oloitoktok Road, Kileleshwa.
